Once we get a brief from you for a full-time employee, we will dip into our network of people and zero in on the most suitable candidates. We will then screen the employee to get a sense of how they will fit the role and the company. Only once a candidate passes these loops, will they be recommended to you for a personal interview. This will control the joinee drop rate and you can avoid basic level rejects, all for a one-time hiring fee.

Once we are hired on a retainer basis to recruit (here, 50 per cent of the fees is paid before we begin the search and the remaining at the end of the agreement), we will take complete responsibility to find you the best matches for your requirements, making this a cost-effective activity for your company. Based on the Service Level Agreement, we will scout for candidates, screen them and set up a specific number of interviews within an agreed time frame.
