Once we are hired on a retainer basis to recruit, we will take complete responsibility to find you the best matches for your requirements, making this a cost-effective activity for your company. Based on the Service Level Agreement, we will scour for candidates, screen them and set up a specific number of interviews within an agreed time frame.

However, understanding the priorities and constraints faced by start-ups, unlike the regular Talent Search where 50 per cent of the fees are paid initially, we will offer you a flexible payment plan that is designed to suit your needs.
