Recruitment Solutions

One Time Talent Hit

Once we get a brief from you for a full-time employee, we will dip into our network of people and zero in on the most suitable candidates. We will then screen the employee to get a sense of how they will fit the role and the company. Only once a candidate passes these loops, will they be recommended to you for a personal interview. This will control the joinee drop rate and you can avoid basic level rejects, all for a one-time hiring fee.

Exclusive Talent Search

Once we are hired on a retainer basis to recruit (here, 50 per cent of the fees is paid before we begin the search and the remaining at the end of the agreement), we will take complete responsibility to find you the best matches for your requirements, making this a cost-effective activity for your company. Based on the Service Level Agreement, we will scout for candidates, screen them and set up a specific number of interviews within an agreed time frame.

Talent Search for Start-ups

This is similar to the Talent Search model. Once we are hired on a retainer basis to recruit, we will take complete responsibility to find you the best matches for your requirements, making this a cost-effective activity for your company. Based on the Service Level Agreement, we will scour for candidates, screen them and set up a specific number of interviews within an agreed time frame.

HR Solutions

Money Matters

Let’s talk money and benefits. We can liaise with the Finance team to take care of payroll. This means employees get their salaries on time. Other than salary, there is overtime, bonus, deductions, salary hikes, benefits, reimbursements and tax laws that need to be taken into account. We also take care of salary and compensation benchmarking. That is, we keep our ears to the ground and know the salaries that are being paid out to employees in various job roles. When the pay you offer a potential employee matches what’s out in the market, it is easier to get the right people to join you and retain them.

People Quotient

No matter how brilliant your products or services are, it means nothing if you don’t have a great bunch of people championing it. Keeping your people motivated is crucial. This could be through recognition, challenging work profiles, rewards, a workplace culture that respects individuals, and more. Playdawn’s people pros can show you how to handle appraisals and the performance management system. You can also talk to us about the best ways to maintain employee relations, and create a culture that will have people flocking to you.

House Rules

There are a whole lot of policies and procedures that you need to have in place in any company of any size. Some are mandatory and others are a matter of good practice. These could range from office timings and leave policies to managing conflicts. Apart from laying down the house rules, Playdawn’s team will get background checks for employees, show you the best ways to induct new employees, and take care of all the documentation and maintenance of records.

Start-ups are a place for innovation and exploration. There are around 4200-4400 start-ups in India with an average of three-four start-ups coming up every day, according to the Nasscom India and Zinnov Consulting’s Start-up India Report. With a sudden spurt in start-ups and the entry of global players, we are looking at a competitive job market. One of the core challenges of start-ups is attracting talent for the right price, and spending time finding candidates with the right experience. It can be tough when every cost matters. Outsourcing recruitment and HRM activities will help a company’s top management and significant players to focus on growing the business. We take into consideration your business needs and its unique challenges before we set out to screen and profile candidates from our extensive network. Candidates will be shortlisted after assessing their qualifications and their organizational fit. This saves time, cost and the joinee drop rate – all of which will benefit a start-up.

However, despite the fast-paced growth in this industry and many global companies outsourcing work from India, finding skilled people to tackle these jobs is still a challenge. Owing to our experience in the animation and gaming industry, we have a good grasp of the kind of skills that are needed and the demands of such jobs. In addition to that, we have access to a pool of candidates from the animation and gaming industry. You can trust us to find people with the right skills for the job.
